Overview
University of Missouri - St. Louis New Student Orientation is a one day mandatory program designed to provide you with the information and resources you will need to have a successful college experience. All first time freshmn students with 24 or less credit hours are required to attend.
Here are just some of the exciting things you will do at UMSL Orientation:
- Meet other new students and have a great time
- Learn about the UMSL campus
- Meet administrators, faculty members and current UMSL students
- Learn about campus services and organizations that will help guide and enrich your college life
- Utilize campus technology to access your student information and learn critical online communication tools
- Parents, spouses, partners, and other guests will have their own sessions to learn how to support loved ones while they adjust to university life
