UMSL|HACK was established after a group of UMSL students participating at their first ever hackathon and wanted to share the experience with the UMSL community.

UMSL Hack: Got API! will be held on Friday February 16th from 5:00 PM to Sunday February 18th 6:00 PM at the University of Missouri-St. Louis Express Script Hall. The theme of this event is "GOT API!", where students will work in teams of 3-5 people to create projects focused on creatively by harnessing the power of the API. Our goal is to see how effectively students work with existing data and interfaces to solve real problems much as they would encounter in day-to-day business. Join us for our annual BSN Preview Day at the College of Nursing at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. This event is for prospective students to learn about our pre-licensure BSN options and admissions criteria; view our facilities; speak to our nursing faculty, staff and current students; and see what it's like to take part in an actual nursing class - complete with one of our patient simulators.

Lunch with the Dean for Illinois Students! You and a guest are invited to a casual lunch with the Dean of the Honors College at the Provincial House Dining Hall on UMSL's South Campus. This event is held for all Illinois residents who are now eligible for in-state tuition at UMSL. To honor your talent and hard work, lunch is on us! This is an opportunity to learn more about the Honors College, meet current students, and answer your questions.

The Honors College at UMSL offers small discussion based classes, scholarship funding in addition to what you recieve from the University, and peer support.

Join us on campus for an Admitted Student Reception to explore what it is like to be a Triton during one of UMSL's biggest traditions - Homecoming! Check-In will begin at 5:30 pm, with light appetizers. An opening welcome will begin at 6 pm in the Millennium Student Center.

During the evening, you will have the opportunity to get assistance to complete your confirmation process and register for Orientation. Participate in tours including the Residence Halls and Recreation and Wellness Center. Attend information sessions about living on campus, financial aid, and a Campus Life preview. Attend Homecoming "Pack the Stands" event in the Mark Twain Building to cheer on the men's basketball game and Homecoming activities during the game

The International Business Career Conference at the University of Missouri- St. Louis brings together students and IB professionals. It offers participating companies a special opportunity to meet a highly qualified, diverse workforce with an interest in global careers. Additionally, it provides students and companies with the chance to present themselves in a manner that is unique and inviting. The primary purpose of the conference is to give International Business students the opportunity to connect with professionals in their field of study and to give them a clearer picture of career opportunities available. The IBCC allows students to reach for international goals while tackling worldwide challenges. We hope you will join the International Business Institute at UMSL in developing the next generation of global leaders.
This conference is an ideal mix of learning and networking opportunities. Participants will be able to interact with organization executives, career professionals, and academic leaders who will address the concerns of today's students preparing to enter the international business workforce.

The schedule will include a keynote speech, workshops, and a panel discussion all of which are led by business executives and career professionals who are experts in their field.

Students, families and friends, plan to meet at the Touhill Performing Arts Center for check-in and our opening session. Then, choose from a full list of activities including sessions on financial aid and how to select a major, and join in activities like our departmental fair and campus tours.
