Student Records

The Student Records module includes the registration and records functions that are currently being utilized in CICS:

  • Course Catalog Maintenance
  • Course Scheduling
  • Registration
  • Transcript Processing
  • Grades Processing

Students will be able to access their information via the MyView student self- service application.  STAR and TRAIN will be discontinued, and students will not need to perform any downloads to access their registration information.

Student Records Milestones:

The MyView Schedule of Classes for Summer semester 2008 will be available December 21, 2007.

Bio/Demo data (Student Records) October 2007: Successfully converted from CICS.

Schedule of Classes
October 2007: Successfully converted from CICS.

Catalog Conversion Successful
May 2007: The Student Records team has completed the conversion for the Course Catalog.

Summer and Fall schedules will be available in Self-Service in March 2008.

Pre-registration for Summer and Fall will be live in MyView April 2008.
