Office Support Staff III (Position Number 00026173)
The Libraries are seeking a responsible individual to attend to the payment and record-keeping functions of the Library Acquisitions department. Duties will include creating and tracking purchase orders and vouchers, resolution of payment irregularities with vendors, and production of other forms and reports as needed by the department.
Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalent, two years of responsible office experience, working knowledge of Word and Excel programs, and excellent verbal and written correspondence skills.
