Enterprise, founded in 1957, began as a leasing company in the basement of a car dealership.  Today the company is commonly known for the rental services that they began providing in 1962.  They began their global expansion in 1993 and are now in both Canada and Europe.

Pam Webster is an Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition, based out of Enterprise Holdings’ corporate headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Enterprise Holdings, which operates the Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental brands and other lines of business including Commercial Truck Rental, Rideshare and CarShare, Fleet Management and Retail Car Sales.  Enterprise Holdings operates in 8,200 neighborhood and airport locations globally through corporate owned and partnerships. Pam is responsible for companywide recruiting initiatives and directives, as well as providing support & training to field recruiters across the company.  Pam has been quoted in numerous publications and articles related to employment and recruiting and is a frequent presenter at student and professional organization conferences. Pam has been with Enterprise for 29 years, starting in their Management Training program in southern California with promotions in operations, human resources and recruiting.  She has been involved in HR & recruiting for the past 24 years. She moved to the company headquarters in 2005.
