Event Services is here to support the campus community and assist you in hosting successful events. With multiple venues to choose from and custom audio visual and equipment packages to support your events, UMSL campus venues are a wonderful option for departmental/organizational activities. However, the need may arise for you to consider external venues as a result of availability conflicts or specific needs that extend beyond our campus operations.

If you plan to use an external venue for your event or activity, please complete the Off Campus Event Request Form. This form notifies Event Services of your intent to use an external venue and provides the staff with details regarding your needs. If Event Services is unable to satisfy your request, an approval will be issued which should be included with your documentation to issue campus payment or request reimbursement.
