HOW MANY LETTERS ARE REQUIRED?
You must submit four letters of recommendation on our recommendation form or four letters on letterhead OR a professional advisory committee evaluation form to us.

• WILL YOU ACCEPT LETTERS FROM VIRTUAL EVALUATIONS?
We will certainly accept letters from the Virtual Evaluation website. Please follow the directions on their website and insure your letter writers know what to do in order for us to be able to get them for you. www.virtualevals.org

WHO SHOULD WRITE MY LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION?
We recommend that one letter be written by an Optometrist for whom you have worked or shadowed. College instructors, academic advisors, and employers may write the remaining three letters.

WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN HAVING MY LETTERS SENT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI-ST. LOUIS?
Our office begins accepting letters of recommendation on August 1.
