CDC, in close collaboration with partners, is promoting Contact Lens Health Week as a strategy to increase public awareness and encourage healthy behaviors around contact lens wear and care. While the target audience for Contact Lens Health Week may change from year to year, our healthy contact lens wear and care messages apply to all contact lens wearers. Additionally, eye care providers and caregivers play a key role in passing along these messages to contact lens wearers. See the entire article.
