The Kansas Optometric Association serves more than 500 doctors of optometry across the state and around the country. It serves as a membership resource for information and educational opportunities, provides valuable public information about vision-related topics and delivers a unified voice about issues affecting the profession.
Optometrists are independent primary health care providers who examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures, as well as diagnose related systemic conditions. Kansas optometrists are licensed by the Kansas State Board of Examiners in Optometry. For more information visit http://www.kansasoptometric.org/.
