Jennifer Bulmann, O.D. Assistant Clinical Professor
Dr. Bulmann graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in
1998 and completed the Geriatric and Rehabilitative Optometry residency at the
Birmingham VAMC in Birmingham AL in 2000.
Dr. Bulmann's work history includes Clinical Instructor in the Cornea/ Contact Lens/ Low Vision
department at the Kellogg Eye Center, University of Michigan as well as Assistant
Professor at the Southern College of Optometry. Most recently Dr. Bulmann worked at the Memphis VA
Medical Center. She was the director of the Intermediate Low Vision Clinic,
where she also precepted residents and
4th year students.
Dr. Bulmann is a Fellow in the American Academy of
Optometry, Member of American Optometric Association and its Tennessee and
Missouri state affiliates. She was the Co-President of the Mid-South Chapter of
the Foundation Fighting Blindness
in Memphis, TN and has transferred her membership to the St. Louis
Chapter. Dr. Bulmann is injection
certified.
Dr. Bulmanns interest is in the area of vision
rehabilitation, geriatric optometry and disease treatment and management. She enjoys teaching both didactically
and clinically.
