The College of Nursing has so much to offer in nursing education, research, and clinical expertise and service that we invite your questions and would love for you to visit with us on campus. We have wonderful students who excel in their academic and clinical work, and become fantastic clinicians, researchers, and educators in their own rights. Our faculty and staff ensure the best educational opportunities and have created an academic environment with a community of scholars and lifelong learners. The University of Missouri-St. Louis provides rich interprofessional learning opportunities with a focus on its mission as a research-intensive premier urban university. World class clinical and research opportunities are available within the St. Louis metropolitan area. This is a community where interprofessional and intercollegiate collaboration flourish so students can learn in real life settings how to create seamless clinical experiences for patients, promote health by building on the best the community has to offer, and design and conduct multi-site research that produces knowledge for tomorrow’s clinical improvements.

This is such an important time for the nursing profession. Not only are nurses needed more than ever, but national and international attention on health promotion, illness prevention, access to health care, and commitment to quality improvement and patient safety create new opportunities for nurses to contribute to population health. Come learn with us, work with us, and become an alumnus connected with a vibrant College of Nursing dedicated to making a difference in people’s health!

Please consider this an open invitation to call or visit with us to learn more about how we can help you meet your learning and career goals in nursing.
