Overview:

Dr. Ruth is the Visiting Scholar to Taiwan and she has just returned from a two week lecture tour.

Dr. Ruth has funded research in apnea of infancy at the U Mo Research Board, telehealth by SouthWestern Bell, and the Infant Touch MO Children's Trust Fund, in its fifth year of funding. This research was presented by invitation to all nurses and physicians at six Military installations in Germany following 9/11 after four infant deaths in military families due to abuse. She received a Scroll of Appreciation and Commander's Coin from the 414th Base Battalion Army Unit European Theater.
