The College of Nursing Chapter was officially reactivated by the Governing Council of the UMSL Alumni Association on November 10, 2009!

Volunteers are always welcome! Contact the University of Missouri-St. Louis Alumni Association at 314-516-5833 or alumni@umsl.edu. You can choose your own level of involvement in the Alumni Association. Come join the excitement with our chapter!

The Nursing Chapter sponsors the following ongoing activities:

Annual Alumni Reunion Luncheon - Held each year on the third Saturday in April, these reunions are a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends. The Alumni Chapter presents an informative program of speakers and conducts its annual business meeting with the general membership.

Roses at Graduation - Three times a year, at December, May and August graduations, representatives from the Alumni Chapter present roses to graduating seniors. The presentation is made at a special nursing reception held before the general University of Missouri-Saint Louis graduation.

Class Representative Program - This program helps keep you in touch with your classmates. The goal is to have at least one volunteer from each class encourage classmates to attend class reunions at the annual luncheon or on their own. Volunteers remind you to contact the University Alumni Relations office when you have a name, address, telephone or e-mail change. Call 314-516-5833 or e-mail.

College of Nursing Alumni Scholarship Endowment - Once a year, scholarships are awarded to deserving undergraduate nursing students who show academic promise and financial need. Volunteers are needed to sit on the selection committee.
