A Word from the Director of Writing
Welcome to Pierre Laclede Honors College. Exciting opportunities and challenges greet you, as an honors student. The college recognizes and “honors” the role writing has in our thought and learning processes. Because of this, we pay particular attention not only to your successes in writing, but your difficulties and any questions you may have. I maintain open office hours throughout most of the week during most of the year. You may stop by for information about required courses, writing laboratories, tutorials, elective honors writing classes, handbooks, documentation style sheets, and a whole host of other helpful items. Most importantly, I offer individual help on the various stages of the writing process. In short, writing is my life at the university.
