International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials, and Treasurers
UMSL's Public Policy Administration program offers a Chancellor's Certificate in Public Administration (CCPA) to public officials who have successfully completed a series of courses on the core principles of public service. The criteria for certification was developed in collaboration with the International Association of Clerks, Recorders, Election Officials, and Treasurers (IACREOT) and includes courses in organizational and personnel management, public relations, fiscal management, budgeting, management information systems, economics, and federal legislative process.
