Confirm that your name, in full, is identical on the title page of the dissertation/thesis, abstracts, and the agreement form.
Verify that the title on the abstracts and title page of the dissertation/thesis are exactly the same.
Make sure that every page of the dissertation/thesis is numbered correctly and that all charts, graphs, and illustrations are legible, in the correct order, and in the position in which they are to be microfilmed or bound.Complete all the paperwork, including the copyrighting section of the publishing agreement, if you choose to copyright your work.
Pay the microfilming fee. .
