General Education Requirements

English Composition
Three Courses in the Humanities
Three Courses in the Social Sciences

Among the six Humanities and Social Sciences courses, one must meet the State requirement, one must meet the Cultural Diversity requirement, and one must be at the junior level or higher, taken at a four year institution.

Humanities and social sciences electives must meet both the UM-St. Louis General Education Requirements and the Humanities and Social Sciences Requirements of the Joint Undergraduate Engineering Program. Check with your advisor for details.
