Conference Theme
There's No Place Like Home: Coming Back to the Voice Within
This conference will aim to remind girls that they've "had it all along"...that the voice within is their guiding light as they seek to become the women they want to be. Rather than looking outside of themselves for acceptance, validation, and self-worth, girls will be given opportunities to access within themselves those very same things. By helping girls tap into their inner wisdom, courage, and capacity
to feel, the conference activities will help them realize that they've already got what it takes to live authentically--as the strong,
self-reliant, beautiful young women that they are.
All events will be held in the J.C. Penney Conference Center at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. (Building 2 on North Campus Map. Parking in Lot C.)
WORKSHOP
Counselor Connection Workshop

The preconference workshop will help counselors discover their voice within through inspiration and information as well as help with ideas for implementation. Registration for the conferences will be available.

Fee: $20 per person
Conference for fifth- and sixth-grade girls. Space is limited. Early registration, after September 24, is recommended.
Limited to one team of 10 students
per school. (No exceptions)
Registration is limited.
Registration forms for the conferences will be available at the Counselor Connection Workshop. If you cannot attend the workshop, call (314) 516-5655 after September 24 for a registration form.
