in Business Administration
The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration is an 18-hour course of study designed to accommodate individuals with an undergraduate/graduate degree in a non-business field who seek core business knowledge. The program emphasizes course work that covers the major disciplines within the field of business. Upon completion, students will have a core knowledge of common business practices and corporate procedures.
Students must complete the following six courses or approved substitutes, if course waivers are appropriate:

Individual courses may be waived with appropriate undergraduate course work. If a student is able to waive a course, a substitute (approved by the appropriate area coordinator and the director of graduate programs in business) will be provided. In all cases, 18 hours are needed to complete the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.
