Executives in Residence
The Executives in Residence are typically former or transitioning heads of companies or agencies. They arrange with the Director to serve six months to two year terms volunteering their time to work in the Executive Leadership Institute office. EIR's serve in various capacities to implement the charge of the Institute. They are also members of the Advisory Council.
Responsibilities include:
- Discuss the critical issues of leadership along with optimum ways to address them in various university classes, programs and activities.
- Serve as guest speakers in classes and campus events.
- Help to identify internships.
- Work with CBA's Continuing Education and Outreach; include serving as executive coaches and consultants.
- Serve as mentors to CBA students.
- Advise administrators, faculty and staff on an ad hoc basis.
