Ampy Kollman-Moore has a strong track record in growing businesses in the global healthcare industry in the Latin American market and other markets. Her expertise includes team building and development, strategic planning and execution, change management, growing revenues, sales management and forming alliances and partnerships.
Prior to starting International Business Consulting Practice in 2001, she worked for twenty-seven years for Mallinckrodt Inc. She was appointed director for Latin America in 1990 and was the first woman to be appointed director within Mallinckrodt Inc a multi-billion dollar manufacturer of healthcare products. She advanced to president of the Latin American Division in 1998. As president, she supervised hundreds of employees, successfully opened branches, negotiated mergers, acquisitions and large contracts for her firm in the region. For twenty-five years, she represented her company at hundreds of conferences and conventions. She forged strong relationships with government and hospital personnel throughout Latin America.
Kollman-Moore received a BS degree from the Colombo-American Cultural Institute; completed executive management studies at Penn State University and received an Executive Masters degree in International Business from Saint Louis University. She was later honored with the Outstanding Alumni Award at St. Louis University. She is an alumnus of Leadership America's class of 1999.
Her community involvement ranges from the committee chairperson for Fair Saint Louis, creating the multicultural entertainment Global Village in 2002; Board of Directors for the International Institute of Metropolitan St. Louis and Advisory Board member of the Boeing Institute of International Business at Saint Louis University. She also served as the Business Development Committee Chair for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St Louis.
She is married to Ronald J.Moore and resides in West St.Louis County.
