Terry Killian Accounting Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Professor Terry Killian, who died while still an active member of our accounting faculty.


  • Students receiving the award will be pursuing or have completed a degree in Accounting through the College of Business Administration,
  • Candidates will fall into one of three categories: 1) incoming freshman who have declared their pursuit of an Accounting degree, 2) transfer students who are pursuing an Accounting degree, or 3) students who have completed 120 hours toward an Accounting degree, and are pursuing 150 hours toward graduation,
  • Consideration will be given to students with financial need as determined by the UM-St. Louis Office of Student Financial Aid.

Selection of the recipients will be determined by the Accounting Area Scholarship Committee in the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri - St. Louis, and will be in accordance with the written rules and regulations of the Office of Student Financial Aid at UM-St. Louis.
