Mike Deniszczuk is currently a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 25 years of diversified experience in public accounting, specializing in attest and assurance services relating to clients, with a focus on information systems risks/controls. His experience includes supervising and participating in audit, business advisory and other related engagements for clients in various industries, including industrial manufacturing, consumer products, retail, automotive and health care.
Mike is one of the National leaders in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Advisory practice, which provides consulting services on a number of business risk issues including the assessment, design and implementation of internal accounting controls and risk management controls. He is currently the US Operations Leader of the firm’s information technology security practice.
Mike was born and raised in St. Louis. He graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) and started his career with Price Waterhouse in St, Louis. After being admitted to the firm's partnership in 1988, Mike transferred to the Dallas office, then to the New York office (1990) and then to the Chicago office (1997). Mike transferred back to the St. Louis office in 2003. He currently resides in Wildwood, MO with his wife, Debby, and their two sons.
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Technology Professional. He currently is on the Board of the UM-St. Louis College of Business Administration (CBA) and a member of the Leadership Council for the CBA. Mike serves as the partner responsible for coordinating PricewaterhouseCoopers’ involvement with Junior Achievement in St. Louis.
