Ray is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Integrated Logistics (IL) Division of Global Services and Support (GS&S). In this position, Ray is responsible for Finance Acquire and Execute responsibilities throughout IL, as well as leading and managing the Division's fiduciary performance to all elements of the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP). Ray is also responsible for leading commitments across the "MD" Accounting Business Unit (ABU), which includes MD activities in St. Louis, Philadelphia, Mesa, Huntsville, Long Beach and a host of other locations.

Ray has been with The Boeing Company for 30 years. During this career, Ray has held leadership positions as the Maintenance, Modifications and Upgrades (MM&U) CFO, Naval Systems Finance Director, St. Louis Site Director for Contracts, Pricing, Estimating and SMFO (CPE&S), Manager of Business Operations for Tactical Aircraft Programs (TACAIR), C-17 Business Manager for St. Louis Operations, Manager of C&P for the AV-8B/T45TS Programs, and various assignments within the Advanced Systems/Phantom Works organization. As such, Ray has held positions in Contracts & Pricing, Business Operations, Estimating and Financial Controls.

Ray earned a B.S./B.A. at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL), majoring in Management and Finance. He later earned an MBA from Lindenwood College.

Ray resides in Florissant, Missouri with his wife, Nancy, and two children Ray and Leah. In his spare time Ray enjoys reading and golf.
