Laura Wollenberg

Laura is currently the Sr. Business Manager of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and reports directly to the Vice President SCM for Global Services & Support (GS&S). She is responsible for SCM Finance and end-to-end business performance. She manages Cost of Supply Chain performance across the multi- site organization and is responsible for setting the vision for SCM capabilities, including establishing expectations for Catalog, Supply Chain Analysis/Reporting, and Estimate at Completion process changes.

Previously Laura served as the Acquire Lead in Phantom Works.  As a direct report to the Division CFO, she had expanded responsibility for all proposals and contract actions pertaining to the business division.  She managed complex and diverse competitive/non-competitive proposals and other transactions for a multitude of customers and supported overall campaign business strategy development. 

With over 25 years of experience in Contracts, Business Management, and Auditing, Laura’s assignments have continued on a progressive path of increasing responsibly. Throughout these assignments she has consistently focused on elevating Functional Excellence.  She served as Contracts Manager on the 767 Tanker Program for three years where she had overall responsibility for Contracts & Pricing program actions for Aircraft and Logistics Support Systems and was a lead member of the initial USAF lease negotiation team.  Prior to that she was a Contracts & Pricing Manager in Spares, Repairs and Retrofit.  In this position she quickly expanded her contracts and business management knowledge and gained insight to Performance Based Logistics contracting. Corporate Internal Auditing is where Laura started her career.  There she performed financial and operational audits and built an excellent financial foundation. 

Laura holds a Master in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville which she completed in 1994.  She also has undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis and a Certified Public Accountant certification.

She is an active member of the GS&S Diversity Council and the Global Focus Sub-team.  Laura enjoys sharing walks with her husband Randy and attending her son’s, Michael, high school sports events (football, wrestling, track) when her schedule allows.  Her daughter, Amanda, is a recent Engineering graduate from Missouri University of Science & Technology.
