Behavioral Neuroscience: Financial Support

A small number of teaching (GTA) and research (GRA) assistantships with stipends of approximately $10,000 per year are available on a competitive basis.  In some cases, students may be admitted but not offered funding.  Some financial assistance in the form of work-study funds and loans may be available through the University Financial Aid Office. Advanced students often obtain other support by teaching in the Department or at a local college. Many of our graduate students have found part-time research positions at nearby medical schools.
