Teaching
Andrew taught briefly at St. Louis University prior to coming to UMSL to teach in January 2009. Courses that he teaches are 3000-level Peninsular literature and culture courses, 4000 level Peninsular literature courses, introductory Spanish and internet-hybrid courses. He organizes the weekly Spanish Table conversation group, and each summer takes a study abroad trip for UMSL students to the Dominican Republic.
Interests
Spanish literature, innovative uses of technology in Second Language Acquisition, travel, British comedy, and scuba diving.
