Drucilla M. Wall teaches Advanced Expository Writing and has taught a wide range of writing and literature courses in the English Department and in the Pierre Laclede Honors College. These include: Creative Writing-Poetry; Irish and Irish-American Literature and Film; Native American Literature and Film; American Minority Literatures; American Cultural Movements and Literature; and Writing the City. Professor Wall's published essays, articles, poems, and short fiction can be found in journals and anthologies in the US and Ireland. Her writing explores intersections of identity, history, and cultural practice. Her research interests include pedagogy of creative nonfiction; theories of authenticity and cultural practice; ethnic and minority American literature; Native American literature; and Irish literature.
