Katelyn Delvaux teaches a variety of undergraduate courses, including Junior-level and Business Writing. Her research interests include African and Native American literature, labor and reform, ethics in literature, community organizing, and gender studies. Her courses often include a blend of esoteric and pop culture references, including memes, music, and film with a bent toward community impact. Presently, she serves on the editing staff for the San Francisco-based publisher, Red Bridge Press. While at Wichita State, Katelyn was awarded the Poetry Fellowship for 2013, and her work was nominated for the AWP Intro award. Her most recent publications and interviews may be found in UMSL Daily, Split Lip, Driftwood Press, The Review Review, Barn Owl Review, Off the Coast, and Slice.
