Teresa has been with UM-St. Louis since 1997 and in higher education since 1986. She manages the staff and operations of the office and works directly with students and alumni from the General Studies Program and the Interdisciplinary Studies Program. Teresa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX in 1986 and her Master of Education in Counseling from UM-St. Louis in 1992.

Emily has worked at UM-St. Louis in Career Services since September 1998. She assists students and alumni from the College of Fine Arts & Communication. Emily graduated from Saint Louis University in May 1996 with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work, Washington University in St. Louis in May 1998 with a Master of Social Work degree.

Rachel has been with UM-St. Louis since 2001 and joined the Career Services staff in January 2006. Prior to working at the University, she worked with relocating spouses on re-creating resumes, conducting job searches in new cities and a variety of job search related topics. Rachel graduated from UM-St. Louis in 1997 with a Master of Education in Counseling. Rachel works work with all UM-St. Louis students and alumni in the College of Arts & Sciences.

Puspa returned to UM-St. Louis Career Services in June 2003, after being away for three years. Prior to that, she worked in Career Services & University Center/Student Activities at the university since 1991. Puspa has coordinated over 30 job fairs for UM-St. Louis Career Services. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating our annual job fairs, fiscal processing and desktop publishing.
Kelli Knight

Kelli joined UM-St. Louis Career Services in April 2008. Kelli comes from Illinois State University, where she worked in the Career Center and graduated in December 2007 with her MBA and in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Kelli works with Federal Work-Study positions and on-campus jobs open to all students. Erica began working in Career Services at UM-St. Louis in October 2002, shortly after completing her Bachelor of Social Work from the university. Erica coordinates the efforts of on-campus recruiting for employers and students/alumni and serves as the office Webmaster.

Sandra began working in Career Services at UM-St. Louis in August 2005. Her primary functions are to manage the front desk, assist students, alumni and employers, and supervise the student workers. Sandra assists with job postings, registering students for our services, credential file mailings and federal work-study. Sandra is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and looks forward to pursuing her MSW.
Rebecca Spear

Rebecca graduated from UM-St. Louis in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2003, Rebecca received a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University primarily focusing her studies on Behavioral Interviewing, Resume Formation and Job Analysis. Rebecca started in Career Services in November 2002, and works with students and alumni from the College of Business Administration.
