UMSL is the only university in St. Louis (and one of only five in Missouri) to hold AACSB accreditation in both business and accounting. When choosing the right university for you, AACSB accreditation is a major factor. The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business is a third-party accrediting body. AACSB accreditation is a mark of academic excellence achieved by only about one-quarter of the business schools in the United States.
