ELEMENTARY LINEAR ALGEBRA 2450

PREREQUISITE: MATHEMATICS 1100 OR 1900. AN INTRODUCTION TO LINEAR ALGEBRA. TOPICS WILL INCLUDE COMPLEX NUMBERS, GEOMETRIC VECTORS IN TWO AND THREE DIMENSIONS AND THEIR LINEAR TRANSFORMATIONS, THE ALGEBRA OF MATRICES, DETERMINANTS, SOLUTIONS OF SYSTEMS OF EQUATIONS, EIGENVALUES AND EINGENVECTORS.
