STRATEGY FORMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION 490
Credit hours: 3.0
Prerequisites: Fin 450, Mgt 460, Mkt 470, MS/IS 483 Graduate program capstone course examining concepts and methods that integrate functional areas of business. The perspective is that of general management charged with directing the total enterprise. Interactions between the environment, organization, strategy, policies and the implementation of plans are explored. Special emphasis is given to globalization of business and ethical perspectives. This course should be taken the semester prior to graduation. In no case may it be taken sooner than two semesters prior to graduation.
