Prerequisite: Business Administration 204 and a 2.0 overall gpa. Financial analysis of debt and equity instruments available on organized exchanges and in less tangible "over the counter" markets. Techniques of such analysis being presented in context with economic and management circumstances within the company, industry and economy.
