Online Dialogue on Adult Learning
An online discussion for persons interested in adult learning issues
Going on now. Join in today!
Here’s your chance to share ideas with keynoter Joe Levine, adult educators and researchers, and graduate students from across the Midwest!
Join an Online Dialogue on Adult Learning, a new feature offered through the 2006 Midwest Research-to-Practice Conference. You have two options for online discussion:
- Reflecting on Our Impact, facilitated by Joe Levine, is open to anyone interested in exploring adult learning issues.
[Click HERE for more information about this discussion.]
- Midwest Research-to-Practice and the Graduate Student, facilitated by Mary Cooper of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, is open to adult education graduate students. [Click HERE for more information about this discussion.]
You are not required to be registered for the conference to participate in either online discussion.
Here’s how it works:
- Discussion takes place using DialogTime, an online asynchronous discussion environment.
- DialogTime is a simple-to-use system that provides a free cyber-conference room for Midwest Research-to-Practice colleagues to offer comments and share ideas before, during, or immediately after the conference.
- DialogTime requires no special software on your computer.
- All discussions operate on the DialogTime webserver and can be easily accessed online by group members at times convenient to them.
