PMP® Advanced Techniques 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | April 7-9, 2009 | $1,595 | 2.25 CEUs Time. Cost. Scope. This workshop provides the knowledge to balance resources across multiple projects. Learn to create earned-value calculations, to ascertain whether your projects will end on time or behind schedule, and ways to remedy a lagging schedule. Finally, learn to analyze project results, be the one to identify opportunities for improvement, redefine "best practices" in your workgroup, and make your results notable. PMP® Exam Prep 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. | May 6-7, 2009 | $995 | 1.5 CEUs These two full days help you prepare for those 200 questions. This workshop focuses on key concepts in each of the processes and knowledge areas and is specifically designed to highlight questions covered on the PMP exam, including the new professional responsibility questions. In this workshop, you will review sample questions and create a project plan to prepare yourself for passing the PMP exam. Chancellor's Certificate For each PMP workshops that you complete, you will be awarded a noncredit Chancellor's Certificate in Project Management Professional® Educational Training by the Chancellor of the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Cancellation Policy: The University reserves the right to cancel any program. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified immediately, and all program fees will be returned. If you must cancel the registration, you are entitled to a full refund only if you cancel two weeks prior to the first class. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for later cancellations up to the first class. Income Tax Deduction: The cost of continuing education is deductible for federal income tax purposes under certain circumstances. Check with the IRS or your tax advisor.
