Beverly has a bachelor's degree in business communications with a minor in marketing from Maryville University. Before coming to UMSL she worked for Envoy Productions, the production arm of Lutheran Hour Ministries, where she marketed TV and radio programs to stations throughout the US. Other past employment includes positions with DMB&B Advertising, Ralston Purina, and Emerson Electric.
In her role as program assistant, Beverly supports the manager of Continuing Education, who crafts the learning experience into a smooth process for both students and faculty. Observing the increased desire for learning by the growing enrollment of students makes her job very rewarding.
