Debra Braun is the manager of Business/Fiscal Operations and has worked at the University and in the Division of Continuing Education, College of Arts & Sciences Associate Dean’s office since September 1977. Prior to coming to UMSL, she worked for five years as an office manager in the Special School District Transportation Department.
Besides being committed to her job, Debra has been active in the UMSL Staff Association in which she has served as president, vice president/president elect, and several times as secretary/treasurer and building representative, as well as on numerous, both as a chair and a committee member.
Debra has earned the Chancellor’s Certificate in Web Design and in 1996 received the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in the administrative / professional category.
