| Nov. 29 , 2008 | Follow-up as necessary on recommendation letters. |
| Dec. 13, 2008 | Begin drafting your 500-word essay. |
| Dec. 18, 2008 | Download and complete the scholarship application form. Copy for application packet. |
| Jan. 7, 2009 | Follow-up as necessary on recommendation letters. |
| Jan. 14, 2009 | Obtain copy of your high school transcript (must include class rank and ACT score). |
| Jan. 17, 2009 | Finalize your 500-word essay. |
| Jan. 21, 2009 | Confirm your letters of recommendation have been mailed. |
| Jan. 22, 2009 | Assemble application packet and mail to ACP office: Confirm that your letters of recommendation have been mailed directly to Dr. Kathleen Burns. |
