Program additions, changes, and deletions approved by the Senate 11/9/04
REPORT FROM THE COMMITTEE ON CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTIONNovember 9, 2004
I. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the
attached change in certificate program requirements for the Women’s
& Gender Studies (Undergraduate Certificate).
II. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the
attached change in degree requirements for the BA/BS in Sociology
III. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the
attached change in degree requirements for the Bachelor of Science in
Education: Early Childhood.
IV. The Committee advises the Senate that it has approved
the creation of Media Studies as a new curricular designation (see
attachment).
V. The Committee advises the Senate that it has effected
the following course changes/additions/deletions (see
attachment).
