REPORT FROM THE COMMITTEE ON CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION
March 15, 2005

I. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the attached change in certificate program, Graduate Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

II. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the attached change in degree requirements, Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics.

III. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the attached change in degree requirements, Doctor of Philosophy in Education.

IV. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the attached change in degree requirements, Ph. D. in Business Administration.

V. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the attached change in emphasis area, Emphasis in Logistics & Supply Chain Management in the MBA.

VI. The Committee recommends Senate approval for the attached change in emphasis area, Emphasis in Operations Management in MBA.

VII. The Committee advises the Senate that it has effected the following course changes/additions/deletions (see attachment).
