All university coursework requirements must be completed by the time of graduation, though grades may not be posted yet for the commencement ceremony. Your student account must be cleared with the university before your diploma will be mailed. This includes any outstanding Health Center charges, parking fines, library fines, etc. You can check your balance on MyView. If you have any questions, please contact the Cashier's Office.

UNDERGRADUATE CANDIDATES

  • Apply for graduation (check deadlines in your dean's office one year in advance)
  • Complete a graduation audit with an advisor in the advising office in your college.
  • Meet all university requirements (to include major field exams or other assessments, if required)
  • Settle your student account on MyView
  • Verify your name and address on MyView. If you have any changes, please contact the Registrar's Office.
  • Conduct an exit interview with the Office of Financial Aid, if appropriate.
  • Make sure all official transcripts from other schools have been sent to the Admissions Office by the appropriate deadline as checked in your dean's office.

GRADUATE CANDIDATES
