Billing notification emails are sent to students (and any Authorized payers) on a monthly basis around the 17th of each month. To view your current billing statement:

  • Log in to MyView using your SSO ID and password. This is the same information you use to access MyGateway.
  • Click on Student Center in the middle of the screen.
  • Click Proceed to TouchNet. Please allow pop ups on your computer as this will open another window.
  • Log in using your SSO ID and password.
  • In the Statements section, click the View Statements button, then click View. Another window will open with a copy of your Statement Summary.

Billing Notification
Every month, an email is sent to the ( email address notifying students that a bill has been generated and is ready for viewing.  Any authorized payers that the student has set up on eBill will also receive a notification email.  To change your notification preference log on to eBill and select the User Preferences option. 

Billing Transactions 
Your billing statement reflects account transactions up to the billing date.  Transactions made to your account after the billing date will be reflected on your next billing statement.
