Who are we?

The U LEAD ON team is a group of recreation professionals, teambuilding aficionados, and challenge course enthusiasts who revel in the opportunity to customize your group’s activities to match your needs and interests.  Want an active day?  Fantastic!  Need tabletop exercises to complement a scheduled training day?  We’re on it!  Interested in a mix of the two?  Not a problem.  You’ve come to the right place!

What’s in a name?

Everything, of course!  Ours describes what you can experience when you participate in challenges designed especially for your group.  Discover the dynamic leaders and strengths and watch everyone LEAD ON long after your time with us comes to a close.  We help U work on Leadership Skills, Personal and Group Empowerment, or have an Adventure all while focusing on Team and Skill Development and Growth.  We also give you the Opportunity to grow personally and professionally while expanding your Network in the process.  We’ll be more than happy to help you incorporate these themes and others into your day; just tell us, and we’ll make it happen!

Tell me more!

We work with your group to help you decide what types of activities you want based on these factors:

Time, Group Size & Pricing

Spend a couple of hours with us or the entire day; all pricing is based on a minimum of 2 hours.  We recommend groups begin with a two hour experience and expand in two hour increments based on group size and interest.  Add $25 for each additional hour up to 6 hours.

Only have an hour?  No worries, we’ll work with you to set a price based on group size and type of activities.

Group TypeGroup Size
6-1516-30 31-4546-50
UMSL Departments & Student Organizations $80 $105 $125 $150
Community Groups & Non-Profit Organizations $120 $145 $165 $190
Corporate Groups $160 $185 $205 $230

Minimum group size starts at 6 participants with a maximum of 50 participants.  Some activities can include the entire group where others will require large groups to break into smaller units to get the most out of their time.

Activity level, Themes, Skill Development & Outcomes

Some groups like to work out challenges in a tabletop format, others prefer to be physically active and think on their feet, while most enjoy combining the two for the optimal experience.  Let us know which you prefer so that we can plan accordingly.

Themes help set the tone for the day.  You can choose one of ours or pick one of your own:

Have skills you’d like to work on during your time with us?  Feel free to share those so that we can incorporate them into your experience.  Communication, trust, teamwork, critical thinking, listening/reasoning are just a few of the skills we can help you develop!

While a day with us is certainly fun, we also want to make sure that you get more out of it than a good time.  Outcomes are an important part of learning about not only your group but about the individual team members as well.  We will help you identify leadership styles within your group, strengthen interpersonal relationships and communication skills, improve self-confidence, and increase emotional intelligence.  Are there other outcomes you’d like to achieve?  Let us know and we’ll design your day around those too!

Still have questions or want to get started?

Give us a shout and we’ll help you figure out all of the details!
