Lifting Weights 101 and 102

Want to lift more weights but feel uncomfortable or unsure of what to do in the weight room? This course is for you.  A CertifiedPersonal Trainer will teach you how to use various pieces of equipment in the fitness center to increase strength and reach your fitness goals.  This course will allow participants to learn effective fitness goal setting while teaching them how to create and begin their own resistance training program. This class will meet on the fitness floor.

Fall Session 1 - Lifting Weights 101:

Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00 PM, September 13 - October 18
OR
Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 AM, September 14 - October 19

Fall Session 2 - Lifting Weights 102:
Classes:
 
Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00 PM, October 25 - December 6 (No class November 22)

Pricing: Students - $25           Members - $40              Nonmembers - $60
