A non-degree-seeking student is someone interested in taking classes, but not wanting a degree from UMSL. Often these are students who have degrees but want to take additional undergraduate classes for personal or professional development. To become a non-degree-seeking student, please complete the application for admission and mark "non-degree-seeking". Students designated as non-degree-seeking do not need to pay an application fee or submit transcripts from prior institutions. Admission applies only for that particular semester. To attend for another semester, the student must reapply.
