Are you an UMSL student interested in entrepreneurship? This program will not only give you experience working with startups and their entrepreneurs, you will immerse yourself in St. Louis’s entrepreneurship ecosystem with Ameren Accelerator, powered by UMSL Accelerate and Capital Innovators. Ameren Accelerator is a corporate accelerator program determined to fund and mentor startups and new technologies in clean energy.  It is the first of its kind where a corporation partners with a university and a startup accelerator program to launch a corporate accelerator. Having the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) join the mix allows valuable assets, especially students, to excel these startups like never before.

For three months, interns will work 20 hours per week for up to seven of the best clean energy startups, participating as an Ameren Accelerator Cohort startup company member. Because startups expand exponentially, each intern will fill many roles in social media, marketing, sales, web design, and more. During their time with the Cohort, interns will work on a project and have their time to shine by presenting their finds at the end of the internship.
