- Tuition will be determined. Due by June 1. A non-refundable application fee is due with the application. No credit cards are accepted. Checks must be made out to UMSL and mailed to: STARS Program, 238 Research Bldg., UMSL, One University Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63121.
