Health Disparities: CALL TO ACTION

This conference is targeted for nurses and other professionals in the field of health care, also, future nurses, as well as high school students and especially those in the community, who have been “Call(ed) to Action” in addressing health care disparities, health care equity and health care promotion. This will be done through organizational community involvement, through increasing awareness and also, through action by providing free health care screenings.

Health Screenings

Health Screenings will be provided from 8:00 am to 3:30 PM. All health screenings are available separetely from the conference for NO FEE.

Attendees Will

The expected outcomes for this conference is for the attendees to understand the impact of the shift in health care delivery from acute care to preventive care, identify resources to solve problem(s) of health care disparities in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and to "Call to Action"  the importance of taking responsibility of one's own health.

Fee: $30 (High School Students $25)  

Continental breakfast and lunch are included. Space is limited, so register early. 

You can only register one person through online registration. If you are registering High School Students or a group of people and paying with one check or credit card, please print out the registration form, complete it for each person, and mail or fax it with payment to Mattie Lewis.
