Nancy
Theresa Kinney, Ph.D.Dr. Nancy Kinney specializes in policy research on issues
related to the involvement of nonprofit organizations in the formulation and
implementation of public policy. She has
a particular research interest in policy innovations that incorporate
faith-based organizations. In addition,
she has examined the role of nonprofit organizations in international
humanitarian activity, civic engagement and legislative advocacy. She has an extensive employment history in
nonprofits as well as involvement in board governance. Her teaching experience has emphasized
curriculum planning and instructional design.
